The Kanto (関東, Kantō, literally “east of the border”) is Japan’s largest plain as such this region isn’t as cold and has lesser snow. During the fine weather, Mount Fuji amazingly can be seen across few areas in Tokyo city. The two major cities Tokyo and Yokohama are located in the Kanto Region, together with seven other prefectures.

Tokyo is the most densely populated city and it is relatively huge. The key places are Tsukiji Fish Market, Akihabara, Imperial Palace, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku & Meiji Shrine, Roppongi Hills, Odaiba, Skytree & Asakusa, Tokyo Disneyland, Ghibli Museum, Takaosan etc. The side trips would be Nikko, Kamakura, Fuji five lakes, Hakone, Yokohama and Kusatsu Onsen.

On your arrival day be it at Narita or Haneda airport, your exclusive driver guide will meet and greet you at the airport. Hop on the private vehicle to transfer to the city.

On day 2, exclusive driver guide will amaze you with the pleasant drive to Hitachi Seaside Park. It incorporates unique natural environment of sand dunes, forest, grassland and springs. The size is approx. of 350 hectares, this spacious park is home to colourful flowers through-out the four seasons, other attractions include mini amusement park, BMX track, BBQ park, restaurants and cafes. Amongst all, Nemophila (blue flower) is the most popular that bloomed in late April to mid of May, Tulips bloom from mid to late April, Lavender from early to mid of July. Kochia (autumn red tits) blooms from early to mid of October. At late afternoon, transfer to Kusatsu onsen town, this is an amazing authentic onsen town, it has the largest natural flow of hot spring water in Japan, the sulfurous and acidic is best for blood circulation and skin beauty simply the quality of hot spring is hard to beat. There are many Ryokan hotels here for guest to relax as well as rejuvenate from the hot spring dip, the stay will also include a sumptuous dinner normally serve as kaiseki.

On day 3,  do wander and check it out some of the public bath houses & foot bath. The tour does include a cultural folk performance which also known as Yumomi performance, it is an olden way to cool down the hot water without diluting with cold water. The tour will proceed to Karuizawa for a brief stop at shopping plaza. Thereafter, be a little adventure to explore the Myougi Shrine, Myougi Shrine is located at the foot of Mt. Hakuun which is the main peak for Mt. Myougi known for its quirky-shaped rocks and is a dignified shrine with an abundance of old cedar trees. Next, visit the world heritage site of Tomioka Silk Mill. Here is a model mechanized silk-reeling factory established by the Meiji government in 1872. The government decided to establish a national model factory equipped with Western silk-reeling machines in order to improve raw silk quality.

Here you go on day 4, head up to Hitsujiyama Park at Chichibu to admire Shibazakura, the pink, white and purple flower carpet. Thereafter, the tour continues to Kawagoe Park at the same region. Travel back in time, Kawagoe is a historical town aka little edo. The city has preserved their city for all people today to experience the old castle town of Edo period (17th to the 19th centuries). Do not forget to explore the main street of Kurazukuri, rows of warehouses with many retail merchants since olden days, the history remain till today that you could find restaurants, antiques, arts & crafts etc. Adjacent to the main street, is the iconic The Bell of Time, which built between1624-1644. Do not forget to visit The Candy Street, where there are dozens stores sell traditional sweets and snacks, Kawagoe is famous for sweet potatoes.

Day 5 it is free at leisure.
